Wellness is not about perfection. It’s about creating a life where your mind, body, and nervous system feel supported.
I’m Samantha Fiero, a wellness advocate, entrepreneur, and mother passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves through movement, recovery, and intentional living.

About Samantha
Wellness became important to me not through perfection, but through real life.
As a mother, entrepreneur, and someone constantly balancing work, family, and personal growth, I’ve learned that wellness isn’t about rigid routines or unrealistic standards. It’s about creating small, meaningful practices that help us feel grounded, energized, and connected to ourselves.
Over the years, my interest in movement,
mindfulness, and nervous system health grew into a deeper exploration of what it truly means to live well. I’m especially drawn to the intersection of movement, recovery, and intentional living — and how these practices can support people through the demands of modern life.
Through Well With Samantha, I share my perspective on wellness, the practices that have shaped my life, and ideas for creating a lifestyle that supports both body and mind.
My Approach to Wellness
I believe wellness should support real life, not feel like another pressure or expectation.
For many of us, life is full: work, family, responsibilities, and constant demands on our time and energy. True wellness isn’t about perfection or rigid routines. It’s about creating practices that help us feel stronger, calmer, and more connected to ourselves in the middle of everyday life.
My approach centers around a few core principles:
Movement for body and mind
Movement should energize, strengthen, and support both physical and mental wellbeing.
Supporting the nervous system
Practices like rest, mindfulness, and recovery help the body regulate stress and restore balance.
Simple daily rituals
Small, consistent habits often have the greatest impact on long-term wellbeing.
Connection and community
Wellness is not meant to be experienced alone. Shared spaces and supportive communities can deepen our sense of belonging and growth.
Through Well With Samantha, I explore these ideas and share perspectives on creating a lifestyle that supports both body and mind in a modern world.
